Outside-of-class or SMART LUNCH Rehearsals/Crew Calls
1. Occasional outside-of-class or SMART LUNCH rehearsals/crew calls will be scheduled, if it is deemed necessary, to prepare for a performance/test. One hundred percent (100%) attendance at these rehearsals/crew calls is expected.
2. Students will be notified of extra rehearsals/crew calls at least two weeks in advance.
3. Parents/Students have 48 hours (2 days) to communicate, in writing, a conflict with said rehearsal/crew call to determine whether it will be excused.
4. Excused absences will be consistent with WCPSS policies.
5. Unexcused absences from rehearsals/crew calls will result in forfeiture of performance/crew privileges and a lowered grade.
